Purpose

These terms govern the use of the MetArt platform, which connects clients with craftspeople and providers in Benin. Draft version, to be approved by Métiers Artisans Bénin SARL.

Account

Signing up requires a verified phone number or email address. Everyone is responsible for keeping their password confidential.

Information provided must be accurate; MetArt may suspend an account for abuse, with a stated reason.

Quotes, contracts and payments

The contract is concluded between the client and the provider; MetArt keeps the signed proof.

Payments go through MetArt and are paid out to the provider step by step, minus the announced commission.

Disputes

If there is a disagreement, either party can open a dispute. The MetArt team reviews the case and gives a reasoned decision.
